"Lake Champlain Yoga & Wellness is top notch, in a gorgeous location overlooking Lake Champlain and Kristen's services as a Physical Therapist go above and beyond. When three other doctors gave up on me and my Diastasis Recti (ab separation after having my two babies) Kristen guided me towards recovery. Now I am in a much better place mind, body and soul!" -J.P.
